This page is for people who created a personal Quardlyn app account. Use the email address connected to your account so support can identify it and securely verify ownership.

Deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will lose access to account data that cannot be restored.

Data covered by your request

Subject to lawful retention requirements, an approved request covers account data associated with your app profile.

  • Profile details and account identifiers
  • Login credentials, sessions and app access tokens
  • Saved properties, saved searches and alerts
  • App preferences and account-linked activity

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained only where needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or enforcing terms.

  • Only the minimum required information
  • Restricted from ordinary account use
  • Protected for the applicable retention period
  • Backup copies removed through the normal backup lifecycle

What happens next?

  2. Keep the secure support ticket link provided after submission.
  3. Quardlyn may ask for limited information to verify ownership.
  4. Support confirms through the ticket when processing is complete.
